"The hotel was clean overall decent amenities, could tell there could be some upgrades to things like TV and may be carpet. However, upon checking in the line was outrageous as the airline stewardess were coming in to stay as well. Not enough help at the front desk to move the lines along. And the gates in and out of the hotel did not work the entire three nights that we were there. Overall, it was decent, but I would stay at a different hotel due to staffing, as well as the gate in-N-Out being a nightmare, not to mention parking was$20 a day."

"When I chose to book this hotel, it was because of its convenience for my family and me, especially since we hadn’t seen each other in a very long time. Unfortunately, what should have been a smooth experience turned into a frustrating one. We encountered difficulties with at least two different front desk staff members. Once during check in and then again when trying to store our luggage for just a few hours. This was particularly disappointing given that we were paying customers at a high rate, with no discounts, traveling with a toddler, and needing to catch a flight shortly after. We had other hotel options, but we chose this one specifically because we expected the convenience of being able to store our luggage while attending an event. It made the experience unnecessarily stressful and disappointing."

"Why do I have to pay to park in the Hotel parking lot when I’m paying to stay there "

"I contacted the hotel to make sure when I arrived in the middle of the night for the room I paid for in full that we would still be able to check in. I was told yes as long as it was before 3am. I called around 10:30pm. Upon arrival which was before 3am I was told that they didn’t have any rooms left including the one I already paid for. Leaving me and my young kids stranded at 2:45am. Had I known that we would be unable to check in I would have booked another hotel 2 hours prior to our arrival. We had drove for 10 hours and just needed to sleep for a few hours before getting on the road again and sleeping in my car with small kids isn’t an option. I have checked into hotels in the middle of the night many times and never had an issue where I was told to arrive by a certain time Then upon arrival told they couldn’t check me in and didn’t have the room I paid for available. Thankfully a local hotel not only checked us in but gave a huge discount for our horrible experience at double tree. "

"One out two elevators working. Very old elevator making all kind of noise. Charged $15 for right to park on the front of the property on the street. Terrible breakfast items. Only blueberry muffins no other choice terrible breakfast choices One soap in the room. Very low toilet bowl Just a one star if that property As"

"The property was a very nice, pet-friendly place to stay on our road trip. The hotel was a refreshing difference from the older, tired chain hotels that we have experienced in the last few years and will look for Hyatt Place in our future travels."

"I am writing to formally document a series of escalating incidents during my stay on 3/16/25-3/22/25 that culminated in a staff member threatening to file a false police report against me. Incident Summary: • Time and Location: The interaction took place in the lobby area—which I noted is covered by security cameras—shortly before 4:20 PM. 1. Service Failure: I requested room service twice and never received it. After being here 5 days. Staff Misconduct: When I requested towels, a staff member Sam the Executive of housekeeping. yelled at me and refused to give. Defiant Misconduct: When I informed the staff member that I would be filing a formal report regarding this treatment, she stated, "I don't care if you file a report." Threat of False Reporting: The staff member subsequently claimed that my presence while waiting for the towels made her feel "threatened." She advise another staff member to call the police. At no point was I aggressive or unprofessional; I was simply waiting for the basic amenities I had requested multiple times. I am currently in contact with the Cobb County Police to document this threat of a false report. I expect a full investigation into this staff member's conduct and a written response regarding how the hotel plans to rectify this situation. "
