“I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly
Hello,
I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online.
In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess
was rude and dismissive.

“Very beautiful and historic. The property and the town. A bit enchanting. Nice boutique, locally owned shops. Fees like you stepped back in time. When you step outside, there is a beautiful view of delamater house and Fall foliage. Stunning. Breakfast was a few steps away. Quaint breakfast bldg.……

“It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair.
I read in reviews that some folks had croissants outside their door in the am.
We did not have that experience. Our room had a tub with a handheld shower and no privacy. I was either a friend, not a partner.
It a nice location right near the waterfront.
Give the place a good cleaning.”
