“We just stayed one nught for a weekend event in Clitheroe and it was perfect! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loads of free onsight parking and staff very helpful. We ate an evening meal and breakfast and everything was really nice. The only think that would have topped it off would be a bar open in the evening. Would definately stay again and recommend.”

“Room was clean. Plenty of space, living area, bathroom and kitchen appliances (washer and Stove). Staff were very helpful, polite and assisted with luggage on arrival. Given directions to public parking lot just around the corner, with entrance from the rear of the pub also providing access to the parking lot. (Pay and display). Lot clears out after school day ends, and first hour free, no charge 6pm to 8am, the first hour free the next day. Had supper at the venue, good food, basic menu.……

“Nice little hotel (no staff present, but understandable, I suppose, given its size), conveniently located in the town centre between two pubs (three, if you count the one at the back). It was very warm during my stay, but I slept relatively OK. My room (no. 10) was alright for one, but would have been too cramped for two.”

“Lovely owners who have run this place for over 40 years. It is set back in time, early 80s and an education and experience of that. However does have Wifi and central to the Town. I was upgraded to a larger room with en suite without asking which was a nice touch. Pleasantly surprised with the cost that it included breakfast, I had porridge, fruit juice, cooked breakfast and toast. All floors have stairs which would not be suitable for the less mobile.”
