「Trevor and Deanne were wonderful hosts. The assisted us with transportation for our wine tasting trip and made some wonderful recommendations for dining. The tent was large, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. My husband and I loved sitting on the veranda every morning enjoying our coffee while surrounded by the vineyard.」

「We couldn't recommend UNDER THE ELMS enough. The day we arrived was Hawkes Bays coldest day of the Winter so far. The heat pumps were on - the house was warm and welcoming. The gorgeous bathroom tiles were warm! Wine in the fridge, coffee in the pantry, beautiful decor....a real TREAT.」

「Enjoyed our stay.Daughter lost 2 different earrings so if you find themHad everything we needed . Spent some good time on a wine tour, went into Arhuriri township for food, enjoyed the local experiences.Definitely would return back to this house in the future 」

「Looking to relax and chill out, and we achieved that. Wonderful property with a beautiful view of the sea and sunrises. Easy access to wineries, beaches, restaurants and everything else in between. 」

「Surprised to find out there are three ensuite (3 washroom + 1 disable washroom) in the house. Originally the website stated only have 2 washroom. The environment was nice, facing the wine yards. It has a jacuzzi and bbq area which was nice to try. Overall the house was good for our families. And we tried the fine dining in the restaurant also - service & food was good. If there are more clothes hangers and hook for clothes - that will be great.」

Our cycle the short distance (on the provided bikes!) to Hygge at Clifton Bay for brunch was a highlight.Thanks Jane for a wonderful weekend away!」
