“We had an absolutely amazing stay at Santai Resort in Casuarina. From the moment we arrived, the beautiful Balinese-inspired décor made us feel like we’d been transported to Bali. The lush gardens, stunning statues, tropical plants, sparkling pools and peaceful atmosphere created the perfect place to relax.
Our apartment was spotless, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. It comfortably accommodated two couples, with plenty of privacy thanks to the thoughtful layout.

“The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least.
The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help……
