The Seaside Splendor is in Kiwanda Shores, the gated neighborhood on the beach in Pacific City. The third level living area has amazing views while offering a large great room, spacious kitchen and island eating bar. There are 4 bedrooms including a deluxe ocean view master suite with a Jacuzzi tub.

2nd level entry has master bedroom with queen bed and full bath, bedroom with double bed , bedroom with twin/twin bunks , full hall bath. Upstairs has great room with double futon, dining area, lookout room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and bedroom with twin bed . Downstairs level has garage and room for parking.

A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply
