「Very relaxing stay, loved our time on the deck. There was very little boat traffic on the lake and usually Pontoon boats. House shopping is very stressful so being able to come back to the cottage and relax by the water was a great way to spend the evening. Thanks Gary and hope to be back this fall.」

「Overall good property. Communication was great. I felt like there were a lot specific rules that did not reflect the condition of the property as we found it. I understand guests don’t always follow the rules but the owner/manager should ensure that the property is presented in the best light possible. The pontoon isn’t available to rent on site (that’s the impression I got), need to go through a third party which was a bit of a hassle. That part is neither here or there.」

「We absolutely love this place! A perfect house on the lake with a modern pontoon boat. Mike is an excellent host and has the house well equipped with everything you could possibly need! 「We just stayed for a girls weekend and found this cottage to be everything we needed! Paul was extremely prompt in his responses to any questions we had. The cottage was clean, the rooms were large, the kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the large table surronded by windows in the dining room area. It is just 0.2 miles down from BayPointe where we enjoyed a really nice dinner. Thanks again for your accomodations!」

「I have rented a different lakehouse every Labor Day weekend for many years and this is one of our faves. The decor will definitely appeal to antique lovers. The large deck is lovely. The lake is very quiet (no wake) and peaceful. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat out on the water. 「The Home was exceptionally clean. Plenty of beds, towels, kitchen ware etc. We would definately rent again. We did have trouble with the TV in the living room. We were unable to use WiFi to stream a movie from Amazon Prime. This was partly my fault, I should have contacted John when we first arrived. This is a perfect place to stay.」
