“The house was gorgeous, clean and very large. Fit 10 of us great! The pool was awesome and kids had a blast. They had pool toys and plenty of outdoor seating. The huge kitchen island was nice to sit around and talk/graze. We really had a great time here. Convenient location.They responded quick to questions/comments. We did experience a couple things that need to be looked at. The washer was not working properly which was inconvenient. They assured me they would get it looked at as soon as we……

“The hot tub was excellent! This place is very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. There’s a lot of amenities and places to eat grocery stores shopping, etc. all within a block of this rental. I highly recommend this to anybody. We will definitely be coming back!!”

“The house was in a pretty sorry state. It looked like a bunch of college kids had just moved out. Minimal furniture, the couch looks like it was picked up off the street. Dirt/grime all over the walls/light switch plates. The back slider handle was half attached. Overall, just nit an inviting or comfortable environment. We stayed here about 20 minutes, then decided to pay for a hotel room for our 4 day stay in Fresno.”

“Check in was super easy and painless. Backyard, covered patio and pool was great. Kitchen was very open and usable for meals and gathering. Some cookware and tools need to be replaced but it worked out. A few things were amenities that were not avail., but i think host is aware. Communicating with the host, we settled a couple small things and there is room for improvement. Overall, would patronize again. ”

“The house had a nice layout and exactly as described in the posting. The host was very nice and prompt with detailed instructions. There was plenty of space for our group. There were lots of towels and extra blankets for us. The backyard was big although we didn’t use it all but if it was warmer, I’m sure we would have enjoyed the backyard and the fruits back there. We would book again. ”

“The Finegold Nugget provided delightful, well-appointed accomodations (more than expected, with the assortment of dishes and flatware also provided). Beautiful room and beautiful grounds. We had a very relaxing weekend, which was the goal! If I had any complaint, it might be that the mini-fridge in the room was more mini than I was expecting. We filled it up! And as a suggestion, possibly get some mini ice trays to put in the freezer so the guests could have ice available if they wished. ……

“This home is very comfortable and very roomy. It is very well-equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The owner was in frequent contact to be certain that everything was going well. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a short distance. Driving to and from Yosemite was easy. I recommend it highly.”
