“Was super happy with my stay here. It was clean, and the customer service was great. The first room the AC wasn't working and they were willing to call the maintenance guy sunday night at 9pm and I said lets wait until tomorrow and once they figured out they couldn't fix it, they promptly moved me to a new room. The staff was helpful each time I had a question and it was easy to access the city via bus and subway. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Bilbao. ”

“Very modern, stylish and comfortable rooms in the centre of the Casco Viejo (Old Town). On a busy street but glazed windows kept all the noise out and ensured a restful night´s sleep. A few steps away from bars and restaurants. ”

“Absolutely loved our stay, clean and comfortable. Some noise from the street as expected. The walls are thin so could hear "adult time" from the room next door. Luckily it did not go on all night, but someone was being very naughty (judging by the spanking that was going on.)”

Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
"Bad service and accommodation for the price!
For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
