Whether you want to swim, soak up the sun on a lounge chair, or enjoy a leisurely dip under the stars, this pool is the place to be.

COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS AND HEALTH ADVISORY

We take the health of our guest very seriously. We have implemented new and much more comprehensive cleaning procedures in all of our homes. We are following CDC guidelines and requirements as well as adhering to the new cleaning requirements established by AirB&B. We want all of our guest to know that we are doing our part to help our guest stay safe.

1. Our cleaning crews have received very detailed training on what products to use, how to use them properly. The products we use are all effective in killing the current germs and virus.

2. We are cleaning all frequently touched areas such as remotes, wall switches, door handles/knobs, tabletops, thermostats, keys, counters, and all surfaces that can be touched by guest, as well as our regular deep cleanings.

Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests as follows:

4 Bedrooms:
Master Room -1 Cal King bed with 65" Smart Tv
Room #2 - Cal King with 58" Smart Tv
Room #3 - Queen with 58" Smart Tv
Room #4 - 2 Full's no TV

Living Room features sofa with 75 " Smart Tv!
Other things to note
RULES:
Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

*Quiet hours weekdays 10PM-8AM /weekends 11PM-8AM

*No outside guests from the ones originally booked from.

*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific purposes.

* No smoking is allowed in the property.

If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. Pet Violation is a $500 min fee.

If for any reason the police is called- you will automatically lose your reservation with no refund.

Violation of house rules are given a warning and then we will be forced to cancel your reservation without a refund for rules that are broken for the second time.
