“Rita was so responsive and helpful! Place was great for a group of 15 for a bachelor party. We were worried about the spaces for sleep but turned out not to be a problem.”

“The photos shown on the VRBO are significantly outdated and inaccurate of the current condition of the property. This property is listed as Family friendly child safe and it was not child safe. There is extensive use of extension cord wiring both in the kitchen and the outdoor child play area. The child play set is in disrepair. The corn hole set legs are broken and the screws were exposed so we did not let the children play in the vicinity. The cleanliness of the floors is also in question……

“10 outta 10 - the house was beautiful and fit our cousins all girls trip (21 girls) so perfect! the beds were very comfortable, i loved the open concept of the house and how it felt like we were at home! the back yard was so much fun! watching movies and football while swimming in the heated pool! I recommend this house! You will not be disappointed!”

“Good property, the pool was great. Overall cleanliness was good except some trash found between the sectional couch!Also the photos showed a tennis table in the garage and we reserved the property assuming there would be one, but unfortunately there was not!!”

“The house has a nice open layout that was great for our large group - we were able to interact with each other as various of us were cooking/eating/playing games. Anna and the team were very communicative up to and throughout the trip. We had a wonderful time here!”

“Great house! I would highly recommend if you have a large party w/ couples. Fun amenities and loved that they had a pickleball court! Our group had a little pickleball tournament which was a lot of fun. Also loved all the beds and appliances. Nothing about the entire stay including amenities, bedding, towels, kitchenware felt cheap. Everything felt homey and has top quality. They answered all of questions during our stay timely and really went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. ”

“Pool was refreshing, kids and adults enjoyed it. Covered patio dining table with ample seating for all our guests. Bar B Q worked like a charm. All outdoor games and indoor game room helped with keeping all entertained. Only issue we found was that AC unit in the game room was leaking condensate onto the cement floor, making it slippery. We placed an aluminum catch pan and had to empty it out every so often to keep it from over filling. Will definitely stay here again. House is nicely setup……

“Great house for extended family gathering of 15 people. Lots of sleeping arrangements. Great outdoor areas and game room. Host was excellent and quickly responded to all requests quickly. We stayed around the house a lot so didn’t explore area much but there didn’t seem to be a lot real close by. Walmart was close by though so we could grab necessities. Kitchen was fully stocked for basic heating and serving but if you are trying to cook for 15 it was lacking on just a few things like……
