“The room was not cleaned after we got there. Had to ask for towels. A room should never back up against an elevator, noisy 24 hrs a day. A smoke detector started going off at 1:00am. I had to go to the front desk and it was sitting right there. I asked the guy to take it somewhere where we couldn't hear it. Around 7:00, it started again, this time I asked him to put it outside.”

“Chose this hotel because it was close to a nearby town. I saw the outside and thought, "It's ok, it's only two nights. I've stayed in a similar place and the room is a clean refuge from a seedy outside." Nope. I took my stuff and stayed at my brother's house. The bed sheets were draping down to the floor under the comforter and the pillows were just thrown on the middle of the bed. There weren't lampshades on the lamps--so just bare bulbs. There was a refrigerator, but it was warm inside. ……

“It won't let me put zero stars or i definitely would, cause hers the thing when we got there the lights were not plugged in the fridge was not plugged in and the TV remote could not be found. We did not spend much time in room cause we had stuff to do but, when we did decide to call it a night and go in and go to bed. That's when it went bad fast. I turned on the lights after plugging them in, just to find bed bugs crawling across the sheets. That's not ok ill never stay here again even if its……
