“Poor front desk management and ridiculous extra fees. Really disappointing stay here, mostly because of how poorly managed the front desk is. Right when we checked in, they tried to charge us for breakfast even though our booking clearly included it. On top of that, we arrived around 1:20 PM and they tried to charge us over 70 USD for an early check in. When we pointed out that their own registration showed 40, they couldn't even explain the difference and just blamed "taxes." To make matters……

“Unique interactive opportunities with lots of tours and things to do offered via the property. Very safe with a locked gate to get into the property. Naturally a bit loud due to parties and location in town. Gorgeous historic building but well maintained. Slightly dusty/dirty with some sand in our room and bed, but nothing we couldn’t fix ourselves. Recommend bringing your own drinking water as the carafe provided to us was moldy. Staff was very polite, helpful, and patient with our limited……

“The people who work here are all so nice and so welcoming. I truly felt like a guest and not just like a customer. The room was large and very comfortable. I spent a week here for a work trip, and it was quiet enough that I could work comfortably, but also close enough to the main sites that I could easily take an uber when I wanted to take a break and see some of the city. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby.”
