"This was my second stay at this fantastic hotel in the last 30 days. They did not disappoint. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Sylvia was very caring and professional and took great care of us again on this trip. Malcolm checked us in very easy, quickly. The serving staff, Irma, Sandra, Jouana and Anastasia, and the 2 chefs were just as caring as before and great. Overall, this hotel is a great value, great amenities, clean, good size rooms, delicious breakfast, but again, most important of all, the team members are fantastic. I thank Sylvia and all other team members for their dedication and great customer care. I, fully intend to be back in a few days again."

"The carpet and the drapes were in need of being cleaned or replaced.The coffee machine was out of order and the alternatives provided did not offer decaf or hot water for tea.The front desk staff was kind, courteous, very pleasant and extremely helpful. The air conditioning in the room was able to be adjusted to a comfortable level but in the area where breakfast was served it was cold and uncomfortable.The swimming pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was out of serve.Towels were not readily available in the pool area they had to be requested at the front desk.Overall I felt the accommodations were less than adequate for the price and I would not recommend it if other accommodations are available."

"I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience with this hotel. I booked through Expedia and received a confirmation for my reservation. When I arrived around 9 PM with my minor child after an overnight flight from Los Angeles, I was told there were no rooms available. Instead of taking responsibility or helping us find a solution, the staff blamed Expedia and claimed they could not contact me because Expedia did not provide my contact information. That explanation was not true, and it felt like an excuse rather than an honest explanation. The hotel did not clearly explain why my confirmed reservation was not honored. The staff was also rude and unhelpful. When I asked what I was supposed to do, they simply said they were sorry and told us to go to another hotel. Being stranded late at night in another state with a minor child after a long flight was stressful and completely unacceptable. Even though I was not charged because I selected “pay at the front desk,” the issue is not only about money. The issue is that the hotel failed to honor a confirmed reservation, failed to communicate properly, blamed Expedia, and provided no meaningful assistance when we arrived. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience."

"There was a beeping noise every three minutes, like a microwave beeping. I traced the noise to the kitchen which was next to my room. I notified staff and they did not care to even go into the kitchen and check what the noise was. I told the manager in the morning and he just shrugged his shoulders and dismissed me. The breakfast was pretty lame. We left to Wawa for a better breakfast. Other than that, the place was clean. They are remodeling the first floor."

"Reasonable price , good accommodations for on the road travelers . Free breakfast just enough to get you off on an early start in morning . Coffee fresh most of the day for the most part a quiet stay despite the graduates running up and the halls . Centrally located to main routes and all restaurants. Will stay again !"
