This hotel is awesome. it's next to a river. My room was very cleaned. its family friendly and has a nice swimming pool. What annoyed me was that the reservation said that Breakfast was included, when it was not. I had to pay for breakfast.

The grounds are beautiful- except the road leading to the hotel. The rooms are a tad bit shabby. Just needs updating. But it was clean and cool and the pool is lovely. Food is good.

Our experience at Hotel Terra Nova was disappointing from the start. The reception was unfriendly and uninterested, which immediately set the tone for our stay — especially disappointing as we had booked one of their better rooms. In the evening, there was no hot water. We reported it to reception, but the response felt indifferent. Eventually, someone came to check and told us we might have hot water the next morning — if we showered early. That is simply not acceptable. There was also a significant amount of light shining into the room from the inner courtyard, making it less comfortable at night. The food at the hotel was very basic. I would not recommend having breakfast there. Overall, lower your expectations if you choose to stay here.
