Casa Vista; Tropical Beachfront Cottage
Casa Vista is a beachfront luxury cottage, with amazing gardens a great mountain feel right on the beach, yet surrounded by jungle. Close to restaurants, surfing and many activities should you decide to explore. You’ll love Casa Vista because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoor space. It has everything you are looking for in a tropical experience! Case Vista is the perfect house for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and friends.
With a third bedroom and bathroom downstairs, it allows more people to comfortably enjoy our amazing house and area! Lots of fun things to do yet out of the hustle and bustle of town!
We have just installed four security cameras to the outside of the house, they cover 2/3rds of the outdoor space around the house. The front walkway and lower level deck where the table is, but not the second story deck with the couch. The pizza oven area and the back yard are in the camera's view, but not the concrete couches, or the outdoor shower and toilet. Please message me if you have any questions or concerns about them and I will happily answer them.

Great location on a great beach!
The best part of our stay was the communication with Kristi, the owner. It began before we even arrived. In fact, she helped us with our ferry booking so we had a ticket when we arrived at the ferry terminal. As I told her, I’ve never experienced an owner sharing olf their time as she did. Responses were immediate every time. Information and recommendations were accurate.The beach! If you like beach walks with great sunsets, do not miss this one! We did several 4 mile walks on a beautiful beach that offers plenty of shade breaks when it gets too hot.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and spices, which allowed us to cook several delicious meals.Beautiful decks on both floor levels with a great view of the beach.One warning- the driveway is steep with loose gravel. Nothing requiring four wheel drive, but steep enough you will want to have a little speed to get up it. Very minor but worth being aware of.The restaurant right at the corner of the road is a very easy walk and the food is excellent. Good choices on the menu.Great visit! Great location. Great owner!

The place is beautiful, the room downstairs isn’t suitable for sleeping
The place is beautiful and clean.
The room downstairs isn’t suitable for sleeping, there are no glass windows, only wood doors. There is damp so one can’t breathe properly.
Upstairs is nice and clean , thus the house is suitable for 4 and not for 6.

Wonderful!!!
Casa Vista was absolutely amazing. The manager and the caregivers were very friendly and helpful. The house is very well put together with all the comforts you may need. We loved the easy access to the beach and the amazing view from the balcony at breakfast. Thank you for the wonderful week! We hope we will visit again in the future! Pura vida!

Perfect Paradise!!
My husband and I have been in this beautiful country for 6 weeks now.we have extended it by an addition 2. we heard Santa Teresa was a must see, and we were not disappointed, Casa Vista was wonderful, to the private home to the lovely caretakers, Leo and Monica along with their adorable family. Kritsti the property management was perfect and helpful. We recommend Casa Vista to everyone whom wants privacy, seclusion, and breathtaking views, and steps to the beach. Thank You for the wonderful memories. We will be back
