El Sano Banano is a block from the beach and the little beachfront community. Everyone knows each other, they're outgoing, friendly, and extremely welcoming. Their menu is exceptional, their fresh fish dishes are to die for. I would come back here in a heartbeat

Cute and cozy

This hotel was very cute. Well decorated and really homey. Great location as it’s right in the town center and seconds to the beach. The hotel restaurant was fabulous and staff so attentive. I would highly recommend it. Great price.

This was a great place to stay. Based on reviews we booked a room with a window overlooking the town which I really recommend. The hotel is really convenient and the restaurant was great. You also can use the facilities at a nearby resort (Ylang Ylang, which is lovely) a nice 10 minute walk along the beach from montezuma town. The hotel staff was also really friendly and helpful. It was a great choice.

Clean hotel, good breakfast and nice staff. But many of the rooms have no windows, and there’s no temperature control on the showers - a scalding shower is not what you want in 30-degree weather.
