The Suite was very nice and luxurious with lots of towels and amenities that we needed. Very calming with a great view. The service was amazing, always on time fresh breakfast. They even brought me a special salsa as requested. They also did laundry daily as needed especialy with all the water activities and rain. I highly recommended this hotel, we will be coming back. Make sure to book a 4x4, its agood drive up hill, but definitely worth it!

We had a Suite with sea view, private pool and outside shower. The hotel was quiet and you could drive very quickly to Santa Teresa, where there was a wide range of restaurants. The entire hotel maintenance staff was very friendly and courteous. We can only recommend Laloon luxury suite .

The pictures do this place absolutely no justice! Picture perfect sunrises and sunsets, beautiful rainforest and you can hear the sound of the ocean from your villa! I also love that Nir has staff to come and clean, bring new lines/ towels, offer breakfast, they even washed our clothes before we left! Amazing stay 20/10! I’ll be back for sure!

The hotel is amazing! The stuff even better! All the property is surrounding with an amazing views, probably the must beautiful views in Costa Rica! Everything is closed by as bars, clubs, restaurants. The property owners are super nice and welcoming! If you look at the sky and see stars, it’s probably not enough to review this hotel! Gorgeous! My husband and I just checked out of Laloon today. What an absolute wonderful stay! From the friendly smiling staff to the delicious breakfast every morning. It all was perfect. We stayed in suite 3 which has its own private pool which was perfect after our early morning walk on the beach , The king size bed is soooo comfortable and . The.staff was so helpful from helping us rent a quad to having a pizza delivered, they were amazing in their continual effort to make our vacation great!! All I can say is.... Thanks to everyone at LALOON and we'll see you next

WOW The Best Hotel In Santa Teresa This was my first time traveling alone, and I was worried I’d feel overwhelmed or intimidated by a new environment. Roni and Avi completely melted away those fears with their kindness, attentiveness, and supreme accommodations. I’m blown away by their attention to detail and the care they showed me. The room itself is unreal. Top-notch everything. I’ve never slept so well, the pillows and linens were supreme. The highlight was the plunge pool- I chose this place because I was searching for a room I would crave to be in, and I never once lamented about discomfort or unease. Santa Teresa itself was not the draw, as I am not a surfer nor an “adventurer “…. I’m a chiller. I don’t think I could dream up a better place for me to relax and withdraw from the daily grind. I wish more hospitality business owners took their job as seriously as Avi and Roni do (Roni was incredibly responsive and adaptive and generous, and Avi was charming and cheerful). Come here. Stay here. Relax like you never have before.

I recently stayed at a new boutique hotel for adults, and it's clear that a significant investment was made to make it look outstanding. The design and aesthetics are truly captivating. However, several aspects render it just an average experience. Firstly, the price seems steep for what the hotel genuinely offers. While it's a beautiful place, the cost doesn't quite justify the experience we had. During our stay, we encountered issues with ants in our room, which forced us to change rooms twice. This certainly impacted our perception of the quality and service of the establishment. Another point to consider is its location. Although being nestled high up in the mountains offers a spectacular view, a 4x4 vehicle is essential for access, as it's situated 1km deep into the mountain. This could pose a challenge for those without such transportation. In summary, the hotel has enormous potential, but there are still details that need refining to provide an experience that matches its price.
