Gorgeous View - Tough location.
I would like to first say this, I absolutely had no clue, really, of what I was about to venture on for the next 30 days when I arrived in Montezuma, (Montezuma Heights), as a single middle aged woman who didn’t speak any Spanish, driving myself, in a country that I truly was not completely prepared for. So I will assume my part of responsibility.
I am happy to say that Peter was very good with his prompt communication with me. If I had questions he was good to get back to me in a timely manner.
You must be aware that the roads are very very rough leading to this property. I myself, would never want to travel those roads without 4 -wheel drive.
The property is beautiful, yes, with a gorgeous view and lovely pool. My unit was comfortable and clean, however, it’s located behind and below the other units, therefore fairly dark atmosphere. (Lighting maybe). There is a pathway back to this unit that also is very dark so a light source is needed.
The pool area also needs to be put on some sort of automatic motion detection for lighting. Was not able to enjoy the pool area one night due to no lights at all.
I did enjoy listening to the Howler Monkeys out there somewhere. I did enjoy very much the actual area and the beautiful flowers, and the awesome sounds of the jungle.
Costa Rica is a magical place.
