"This was a typical Holiday Inn Express - clean, comfy, friendly and convenient. It was a great stop on our road trip. Comfy and quiet room, very clean. Breakfast had sufficient choices and the food was hot. I used the workout room, too, and it was small, but nice. We have come to trust the quality and cleanliness of Holiday Inn Express, and almost always book them when on trips. "

"My booking was for two nights, but we only stayed one night due to the hotel’s poor conditions. The room was dirty, and the mattress sheet had what appeared to be blood or wine stains.We requested the front desk to change the sheets. The floor was very noisy, with a group of students staying on the same floor who were screaming and slamming doors until mid night. The hotel staff was not helpful, and communication was difficult as housekeeping staff did not speak English. Although we paid for two nights, we had to leave the next day due to these issues."
