「I was disappointed by some of the staff who although knew well that we were tourists and did not reside in Chile, still went ahead and charged us government tax of about 90.00 USD. They then refused to reverse it and told us to go to customs at the airport and ask them to reverse it. The customs refused. There were some staff members that were nice and helpful in other ways but this tax issue made our experience so negative.」

「Las instalaciones del hotel eran aceptables, pero el lugar es bastante ruidoso. No pudimos descansar adecuadamente durante las tres noches de nuestra estancia. El servicio del personal es básico, al igual que el desayuno. La ubicación se encuentra en una avenida principal y las ventanas no ofrecen insonorización, lo que podría ser un inconveniente para quienes son sensibles al ruido. Por último, en invierno no funciona el aire acondicionado, por lo que si hace calor debes abrir la ventana y...
