"We spent a week at Casa Timlin and it was the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in. Tim was a great host! He met us at the house and walked us through everything and he was very quick to respond to any messages we sent to him before our trip and during our vacation. He gave us great recommendations for our excursions and set us up with the house concierge Ian. Ian booked everything for us and checked in afterwards to make sure everything went well. Reyna is the housekeeper and she truly helped to put this vacation over the top. Coming back to a clean house, empty dishwasher, made beds and clean towels was a dream! The house itself is amazing and has the absolute best view. We sat in the pool for hours looking at the ocean, and sat every night watching the sunset. The patio is where we had coffee in the morning listening to the howler monkeys and birds. Playa del Coco is just down the hill and we were able to get groceries. There is a delivery service as well and it was so great to have a stocked fridge at the beginning of the trip. The house was spacious and fit our family of 6 perfectly. We spent our nights watching movies and relaxing in the downstairs media room and the kids enjoyed the games too. Don't hesitate to rent this house. Thank you so much to Tim, Reyna and Ian for the trip of a lifetime. We hope we can return!!"

"This is a beautiful unit located one block from the beach. We appreciated that it was in a relatively quiet residential area, with shops and restaurants easily in walking distance. I also liked the fact that a small grocery store was nearby. Well, the property is a little older. It is very well maintained. I can’t say enough about the property owner Melina, who went out of her way to accommodate us on our stay. I would highly recommend this property based on location, affordability, and easy access to the beach as well as local shopping and dining."

"Absolutely the ideal place for a vacation. Tons to do within a very short distance if you want to stay busy, but a beautiful place to hang out if you just want to relax by the pool with the most picturesque views imaginable. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The information provided by the host for local amenities and available activities was spot-on. I would recommend this property to anyone I know."

"This trip was a quick four day trip to Costa Rica. I just wanted a clean room on the beach. It was very economically priced. The room was clean and spacious. This is not the normal resort or hotel I would stay in but it was excellent for what I was looking for on this trip. I usually stay at nicer much more expensive, all inclusive resorts where its a mile to the food, or beach. This one is right on the beach. About a 15 minute walk or $4 Uber ride to town. That allowed for us to sample the local food and drinks off-property. There's a pool which I didn't use. There's an on-site restaurant/bar. The staff is amazing. No frowns and everyone was super helpful. I know a little Spanish and some of the team knows a little English. Most of them speak English. Freddy and Angel at the bar were very attentive and helpful. I didnt see the inflated prices some guests complained of at the bar. Service was excellent. Freddy brought us chairs and drinks to the beach. Angel checked on us for drink orders. Sunsets here are amazing!"
