"Beautiful pool, fantastic Breakfast!!! Definitely recommend traveling in June- Felt like we had the well place to ourselves. it was located near the beach so perfectly. Staff took amazing care of us and the AC was crisp. Only room for improvement would be the shower since we really didn’t have much water pressure!!"

"Ilya was absolutely THE BEST host ever. He provided many great suggestions and was always available for questions. The property was fully equipped with anything you can imagine! Great size, wonderful air conditioning with the most amazing views! The walk to the beach is under 10 minutes, however with all the pool options you don't even need to leave the property! Highly recommend anyone to stay at Illya's property. Thanks Ilya!"

"If I could give Casa Timlin more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.I have been traveling and booking accommodations through VRBO for well over 10 years, and without question, this was the best experience I have ever had. We travel frequently and have stayed in countless vacation homes, resorts, and rentals in different cities and countries, but nothing has come close to the experience we had at Casa Timlin.From the very beginning, Tim was exceptional. His communication was outstanding even before we booked the property. He was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. He answered questions promptly, provided recommendations, and made us feel comfortable long before we arrived. Once our trip was confirmed, his level of service only got better. He even helped coordinate transportation from the airport to the house, making our arrival completely stress-free.When we finally arrived at Casa Timlin, we were blown away. The property is beyond breathtaking. The views are absolutely stunning, and the home itself looks like something straight out of a movie. Every room feels thoughtfully designed, and every detail contributes to the overall experience. The pictures are beautiful, but they still don't fully capture how incredible this place is in person.What made this stay so special wasn't just the house itself—it was the entire experience. "Sharon at reception was exceptional. She was very thorough, informative and even assisted me with booking shuttles and tours. The property was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. So many pools and maintenance workers upkeeping the exterior. The walk to the Java coffee shop/Wave restaurant is 5 minutes and about 15 minutes to downtown which has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in Coco Beach, as the locals WANT to help you. Golf cart rental is availiable and I would reccomend as walking is nice, but in +38 temperatures it can be a little challenging. Thank you T.G."

"Excellent property! The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed it. Melina was great! I recommend having her book your airport transportation as it couldn’t have been any easier. She also answered any questions we had very quickly. It’s close the main road with shopping and restaurants, but I recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Will definitely save this property for next time!"
