Nice but could be better

Nice location. Unit needs some TLC. Curtains wouldn’t close. Could you towel rack. Little things missing. Hair dryer that didn’t work. Biggest issue is the walls are very thin. This unit is on the bottom level. People upstairs were so loud and making so much noise kept us up all night. Too bad as the location is very nice.

Great place close to the beach

Great place, looked newly remodeled. It’s only about a 150 steps to the beach. Cool little patio fenced in behind the unit that will be perfect when the pool is finished. They provide beach chairs/toys and has a good spot to wash off sand.

A wonderful getaway by the beach

My wife and I visited Cocoa Beach for our anniversary, and our stay at The 400 South was absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived, and the modern decor was beautiful. The hosts did an excellent job equipping the unit with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and they contacted us several times to verify that we were comfortable. It was a short walk across the road to access the beach, which was very quiet, open and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at The 400 South and plan to return next year. My wife and I highly recommend this property for your visit.

poorly renovated, need to clean

Location is great for renters with animals. Obvious floor had not been cleaned was sandy and gritty with bare feet. Really need more towels. Ceiling fans did not work, TV turns on and off by itself. No TV in bedrooms. Ceiling repair in bathroom incomplete and air vent not installed correctly. TP holder not secured fell off while using. Check out time too early. Sorry for the poor review, but all is true.

Cocoa Beach stay

Great location across the street from dog friendly beach. Unit was very comfortable. Our stay coincided with hurricane Ian so we spent almost three days without electricity but that was the worst for us and no fault of host. We would stay again.

Great place

The place was clean and very comfortable. Property manager was available and helpful. Close to restaurants, beach, Kennedy Space Center and shopping. Only problem, noisy neighbors that did not comply with the 10:00pm quiet rule.

A little misleading

Wasn’t what we were expecting. The listing seemed to be a little misleading. The beach is further away than we expected. The cleanliness of the condo left a little to be desired. It looks like there is quite a bit of construction on the property. There is a ton of potential, it’s just not quite complete. Property manager sent a lot of info before our stay, but I couldn’t get in touch with anyone during our stay.
