While it was a decent stay for a single night, I wouldn’t recommend staying any length.- It’s a duplex for one- Back yard is not maintained at all- Patio area is bad. Real bad.- Had to pick the back door to open it. Handle is broken- Beds have no blankets and are very cheap and uncomfortable

This duplex was great. Location a couple blocks from beach and many restaurants in walking distance. Host was easynto contact and responsive. Kitchen had all the essentials though we didnt cook there. Simple furnishings but comfortable. Beds were great. Backyard and porch comfortable. My dog had plenty of yard to run around. There was a firepit as well. We will stay there again.

Having stayed in Vrbo’s in the past, I mean it when I say that this property was really nice. I am a clean freak, so I tend to judge properties a lot more than the average person. The house was close to the beach, and near by restaurants. The owner promptly responded to all messages, and checked that we were satisfied once we checked in. I give them an A on communication. The house was simplistic, and very modern looking. The decor gave off a clean aesthetic. Plenty of seating, and a really big Tv. The bathroom was clean, and came stocked with bath soaps. The laundry room was my favorite because of all the special touches the owner provided. They provided laundry detergent, beach toys, boogie boards for surfing, firewood, a charcoal grill and charcoal. If you have kids, this would be amazing. There was a nice screen porch with a large couch and a hanging rope type chair. There was also a fire pit, with seating. I would stay here again, and for the price you couldn’t beat it.

Very welcoming! Great communication! Cute coffee bar which was super nice after being so tired! Nice little duplex with private parking. We made a home cooked meal with the kitchen! The fridge and freezer work excellent. Didn’t use washer or dryer but what a great spot! Couldn’t hear other side of unit. 7-10 min walk to beach some busy crossings however pedestrian crossing is within a block! Beach access is clean and close.

This home is perfect. A few minutes walk from the beach. Clean, comfortable and the back screened in porch and back yard are just to die for. I will definitely stay here again when im in the area. And the host is so nice and there if you need them.
