“We all really enjoyed our time staying in Cocoa Beach at this lovely rental property, that was very close to the beach. besides the coffee maker not working. Everything else was excellent.”

“Great location, surprisingly quiet on the main road and nicely appointed. Could use a little more efficiency in the AC in the main bedroom overnight as it gets a little stuffy although the fan does help. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Beautiful location. We sat on the balcony and watched the ocean waves roll in. Walked the beach (very fine sand) and found some great shells. If you are into the environment, take an extra bag to pick up trash. We had a bunny family that visited pretty much every day. The beds were comfortable. Lots of room for everyone throughout the entire house. We played air hockey and a visiting nephew used the arcade game. We ended most nights at the gas firepit which made it easy to go back into the house……

“Our family of seven adults rented this townhouse to relax a few days before a cruise. It was in a great location, 7 miles from the cruise port. The beach was two blocks away, and many restaurants were within walking distance. The unit itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer on site were a big plus, as was having 2/12 baths. The host provided games, a ping pong table, and lots of beach equipment. A fun surprise bonus was an actual record……

“This house is PERFECT!! has everything you need! From beach toys to a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels. Everything you would find in your own home. Bring clothes and food. Thats all you need! The hot tub didnt work while we were there, we did reach out to the property about it, said someone would come out. They never did. Wasnt a huge deal. Hopefully they fix it.. everything else was great! Enjoy your stay here ”

“We loved this home! Perfect to ring in the new year and celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday on the beach with family! It is hard to find a home with several bedrooms on the main floor for older relatives who can’t handle stairs as well as plenty of amenities to keep the children happy and this home fit the bill perfectly. The home was simply gorgeous and the host was wonderful. We want to come back in the summer! ”
