The north end of the home features a suite with it's own outside entrance as well as a passthrough within the house. The beach is located right across the street. Walk along the sidewalk to all of Cocoa Beach downtown local favorite spots. Simply Delicious Café hosts an array of incredible pastries, Heidi's Jazz Club and so much more. The Pink House offers 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens-. Extremely spacious. The master suite features a sitting area with couch, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with washer and dryer. Walking through the interior door brings you to the main side of the home. Here you will see a kitchen, dinning room table, sleeper sofa with smart TV, full bathroom and two bedrooms featuring vanities and smart tv's.

The privacy fence in the back yard allows for the little ones to play while the adults hang out on the oversized covered patio. Your group will be the only ones on the property.
