We enjoyed our stay at the Cocoa Beach Suites. The location is close to many restaurants and shops and provides parking at no extra cost. Staff were very personable and efficient. I'd like to see a blanket provded in the room and the curtains fixed. I'd stay here again.

The property is clean and in a safe location. The staff were all totally lovely. Parking was easy. However, beds are very firm, as in hard. And I wouldn’t call the pillows pillows. If a comfortable pillow is something you need for sleeping, bring your own if you can. Street noise was definitely an issue. We did have an outside room which I’m sure plays into that. Upon arrival, there was a very bad smell on our floor, but it was taken care of.

This hotel staff is terrible,When I checked in they took a $50 hold,I called to see why I haven't received my $50 hold and it's been 10days already the secretary there today at 12:45 April 7th tells me that it could take up to 15 to 30 days to receive it I said no way she transfer me to a hotel across the street and the lady there tells me she shouldn't have transferred me there to ask to speak to a manager, that lady was upset and put me on hold to call the lady to tell her she had no rights to transfer me to them,then I call back to the hotel she tells me you can't speak to a manager because she's not allowed to give the manager cell phone number,and that the manager was in a meeting,she refused to let me speak to someone higher up,Please someone tell me how am I suppose to get my money back,I'm very upset about this,I have never heard of not being able to speak to a manager and then she hangs up in my face,I call back she tells me she's waiting for the manager to call her when she told me he was in a meeting and he stepped out the meeting to speak to her and that I had to wait for him to give me a call,This is absolutely crazy because I never stayed at a hotel and after 3 to 7 days you would have your refund,I would never ever stay there again,the hotel had a very bad smell and when I went and took a shower the tub was stopped up and it began to fill up fast as I kept slipping trying to get out of there,I goes downstairs to report it,then I walk to the store come back and

My king bed had dirty sheets on it. Called the desk. About 2 hours later the desk clerk brought sheet 1 sheet and a pillowcase for me to change I told her i was not the housekeeper. She left said she was off the clock. Called expedia no satisfaction. I will book thru someone else.

It is easy to access.a simple hotel to cruise out of.a couple restaurants close by if flying in.daytime staff was very rude also they have a shuttle to cruise port at a cost i think it was 30.00 we took a uber around and went to coconuts on the beach.nice restaurants and beach access

Can’t really complain about a two bedroom hotel room for under $100 with a view of cocoa beach. Super convenient for my family of 6 during our road trip. It could have been a tad cleaner in the corners of the rooms and the bathroom faucet but other than that no complaints. Had a lady yelling for help in the bedroom above us but guess that could happen at any hotel. Waffle House steps from the hotel and enormous Ron Jon surf shop right down the rd.

The property is very old and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. The carpets were extremely dirty as I noticed when I got in the shower that my feet had picked up lint and dirt. I wore socks prior and looked at my socks and they were filthy. The bathroom walls lolked like they had been primed and not even painted or a very terrible paint job. The positive is that it's close to everything.

Great staff. Kind and helpful. The room: stained couch. Light switches worked but not installed correctly, they popped out of the wall. Only one lamp in each room, so not enough light. The power outlet didn't work next to the bed. The AC unit was leaking and the room smelled gross from the water in the carpet. Stayed one night on our way out of town but wouldn't want to stay a week here.
