  • Beautiful 4th floor Cocoa Beach condo on the beach with three (3)
    bedrooms, and three (3) 1/2 bathrooms (sleeps 7-8). Private access to the beach.
    Completely furnished, fully equipped kitchen with all new cabinets
    and appliances. King size bed in the master bedroom, two (2) twin beds
    in second bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom. All
    bedding and towels provided.

Mother/daughter trip from Montana and North Dakota totaling 6 people. You can’t beat 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths! My sister is 85 and my sister in law is 80 and the one level spacious condo was perfect! My sister and I spent quality time on the huge balcony with very comfortable, high quality furniture…plenty of room and seating for all of us on the balcony. The ocean/beach views were fantastic! The Publix grocery store was close by and also many restaurants and shopping. My daughter and I walked to the pier. (Less than a mile on the beach). Our host was always responsive to every question we had. We had 6 days on the beach in this beautiful condo. Book it and make amazing memories…vacation of a lifetime!!

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for us. The beach is so close you can taste the salt in the air! We loved our stay. The furniture on the balcony was especially comfy. The size of the balcony as well was awesome for 5 adults and 2 kiddos.

This place is huge!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This place is huge with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths! All the little necessities were there for you just in case and just a short walk to the beach. You can’t beat the view either! The pool is small but nice and warm! Would stay again!

Rented this great oceanfront condo for 8 days with my spouse, 2 daughters and mother. Extremely spacious, modern amenities and amazing views of the ocean. Will definitely be renting this home again!

Great Place!

The condo was bigger than anticipated with a large balcony right on the beach. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only downside is the limited parking otherwise not a thing to complain about.

Beach Time after Disneyworld

We stayed for 3 nights after going to Disneyworld as we were looking for some relaxing beach time . The condo was perfect as we were with my son and his family so plenty of room for the 7 of us . The condo is very nice and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and also got to see a space launch ! The beach was great and my grandkids enjoyed the pool . We would definitely stay again as the location and setup is great ! Thanks again for a great stay !
