Though its a bit old property, the unit itself is very clean and everything inside works and big plus is that there is a balcony facing the ocean. I will come back here anytime given the chance. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved this beach condo experience for my family! Big enough for 3 kids and 4 adults! Pool was clean, hot tub was hot! And beach was a step away! People were all so pleasantly kind here! Can’t say enough good things!

The property had everything for out overnight stay while waiting fits our cruise. We took a walk to the beach, enjoyed the pool and arcade. There is also a restaurant on property. The staff were really nice. Our condo was spacious, clean and stocked. Will stay again!!

Lovely ocean view from the balcony. Easy 2 minute walk to the ocean. Easy 5 minute walk to eateries. 20 minutes fron Kennedy Space Center.

This property is located on the beach. It has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, washer / dryer, kitchen, living room and balcony. We were able to check in early. It is close to everything. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again!

The room was nice and clean. Have to go to an area to get your parking pass where they want you to go to a timeshare show to get money back. After that you are called and texted about needing to go to the presentation. The property needs some minor TLC. A few things seem to be neglected. I would stay here again. Family of 6

Our stay was excellent; my husband, our son, and I stayed for two nights. All the hotel staff were very attentive and friendly, and the room was impeccably clean. The ocean view was a wonderful bonus. We really enjoyed the pool, which was open until 11 PM. I would suggest an 11:00 AM check-out time. We will definitely be back very soon—I was very pleased.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we did not want to leave. Everything was close, the room had a beautiful view, and it was very convenient. We will be back, but for longer! Staff was very nice.

Great location on cocoa beach, family friendly property with pool, arcade (take quarters). The rooms were huge with everything you would need…kitchen, washer dryer, table, sofa, balcony, pool towels provided in room. Self parking. Short drive to dining / shopping but also had onsite restaurant and bar.
