Thirty-second walk to the beach from this charming 2 bedroom 1 full bathroom condo. An upper level unit provides a great location for coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening! The condo is fully furnished with all the amenities to make you feel right at home on your very own beach. The complex is a clean, safe and peaceful one; with the look and feel of a tropical island. There is a heated pool with surrounding tables and chairs for relaxation! There is also an area with picnic tables, bocce courts as well as shuffleboard courts, a tennis/ pickleball court and even a 'put-put' for pure fun! Cocoa Beach condo

Terrific location. Right on beach and close to all the amenities, grocery stores, Ron Jons and more. Stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. Was sad to leave! Would definitely rent again from this owner!

Nice condo on the beach!

We enjoyed the fact that the condo is a short walk to the beach! Danielle was very responsive. Whenever I needed to contact her she answered very quickly. There was a problem with the public laundry room door, which of course was not Danielle’s fault, but she responded quickly and notified the maintenance people for us. The condo is a little older, but the floors and counter tops are new. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Checking in and checking out was very straightforward. The condo is stocked with all essentials. The price was definitely a positive! Thanks Danielle!

Beautiful beach getaway!

Super clean, quiet place right on the beach. We loved the private entrance to the beach just seconds away from our door. Very family friendly. We appreciated the sand toys and beach chairs. Thanks for having us! We will definitely be back!

Condo don not meet expectations

Shredded screens on bedroom windows none on sliding door in living room. Bathroom fan did not work and kitchen vent completely clogged with grease. Dishes and cupboards were dirty frying pan was greasy and still had bits of food in it. Spent the first afternoon/evening cleaning. None of the 4 remotes in the living room worked. Furniture was old, tired and uncomfortable. Was not a pleasant 1 month stay

Best Complex on Cocoa Beach

We have stayed at this complex a number of times. It is a great complex with a nice pool area, tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, barbecue pits, and right on the beach. The Dollar Store and Publix are literally across the street. Dozens of restaurants are within a one mile walk. Downtown Cocoa is a five minute drive but can be walked in about 20-25 mins. Cocoa Village is about 15 minutes drive. Kennedy Space Center is about 30 min drive and a must see. This particularly unit was a great bargain. It was clean, well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The “Beach supply” closet had everything!. I would definitely stay in this unit with no reservations.

Everything was wonderful, except it had no pot holders, dish towels, beach chairs. It was not clean when we arrived. The diplomat is awesome, the beach was awesome too.

Coin shortage and miscommunication

The condo was clean except for the Keurig and tv and windows needed attention. There were some things advertised that were missing and may have been taken by previous tenants such as a regular coffee pot, tea kettle and fishing gear. I borrowed a coffee pot from the on site prop. manager. She was awesome. I was disappointed about the fishing gear. I messaged the owner but never heard back since I didn’t want them to think we took it. The location was perfect. The pool, tennis courts and bacci ball and shuffle board were great. Be aware there is a small storage building that has the equipment for the activities ( minus the tennis ball) that we didn’t find until the last few days. Also note that the listing said not to leave towels and suits outside overnight but when we hung them during the day the property manager said we were breaking the rules. This was a problem because while there is a place for a washer and dryer there isn’t one. I knew this before reserving but it said on-site laundry so I thought no big deal. I brought $5 in quarters. I didn’t realize the coin shortage or that we couldn’t get change there since there’s no coin machine. We went to 5 local businesses asking for change and only one gave us some and told us not to come back. We had been shopping in there all week. Also of the 6 machines I used 3 were broken. I reported it to the property manager. Thus I hand washed a few items and hung them outside. Other units at the complex had washers so if we stay there again, I would rent another unit. The beach was amazing and an easy walk. Across the street is a dollar tree and a Publix grocery store. We walked there the first day until our car arrived. Also there are several great restaurants within walking distance of 1/2 mile or drive less than a couple of miles. I highly recommend the Brevard county zoo ( you can kayak thru some of it) and Kennedy Space Center. Both are within 30 minutes drive. Overall I felt safe and while dated the condo was pretty clean. The laundry situation left me frustrated but the complex and location were good. My teen son loved that he could go to the pool or on-site activity’s alone and I felt he was safe.

Everything you need for a stay at the beach

Two of us stayed for a month in this unit, and worked remotely during weekdays. Danielle quickly accommodated every need we had to be able to do that, and was quite receptive to any and all questions, which she answered promptly. Although it has two bedrooms, the unit is small, but well configured, and has everything needed for beach and pool (beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for making meals (as well as a Keurig coffeemaker), but there is no dishwasher, and the kitchen sink could use updating. The floors have been updated with Pergo floors, and the front window draperies have been updated as well. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach, and less than a minute to the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful older two-bedroom condo. The owner had it stocked with beach towels bath towels beddings

The small older condo made for a great one-month vacation for my husband I and our families. The owner had it stocked completely with beach toys blankets umbrellas fishing equipment extra coolers It was wonderful. The location is also close to Publix Winn-Dixie dollar store shopping Starbucks Ron Johns, perfect location.

Family vacation.

This condo is located in a central location in a very nice complex. I was pleased with what was included in the condo for my personal use. Beach items, beach towels, chairs. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The swimming pool very nice. It is within walking distance of a Publi x and a dollar store. I would recommend this condo to a friend.

Loved our stay!

Loved our stay at this Cocoa Beach condo! Close to everything you would need-grocery, restaurants, shops and activities. People in the complex so friendly, and bingo and card games, shuffle board and bocce ball tournaments were available also. Danielle was wonderful to work with and the condo was clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable the month we were there. Can't wait to come back! Great location and a good value

The two bedroom condo is in a great location on route A1A almost directly across from a newer Publix supermarket. The unit was clean but needed some updates in the flooring. The blinds for the front slider needed to be replaced as many were falling off. Although there was not a lot of room for storage, a few more comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella would have made a nice inexpensive improvement. Overall, we liked the two bedroom unit and thought it was a good value for the price. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but there really wasn't a great area to eat at other than a few chairs under a kitchen counter. A few more plastic containers for food storage would have been very useful.

I loved that the condo had it's own gate to the beach. Pool was deceivingly bigger than the picture made it look. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Couldn't of asked for anything more....highly recommend this property!!!

Felt like home..
