Great rental. Location was perfect for us. Excellent communication with owner. Rented pontoon, used kayaks, hot tub. There was even shrimp bait stocked for fishing. House furnished with all necessary amenities.

The property was amazing. We travel a lot and have stayed in places all over the US but this one was very special. We stayes for 7 days and loved every day. We saw a family of manatee play for about 45 mins, we saw a mama and baby dolphin playing...all within feet of the tiki hut. Sunsets were amazing and the location was great. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place and great location

This rental is an amazing find. We loved everything about this place! The location was perfect and close enough to walk to many places including the beach. The outdoor dock with the tiki bar was amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers are all spacious with 3 shower heads in each. The pictures don’t do this place justice. I would highly recommend and definitely have this as a place to come back to.

Amazing respite!

Absolutely loved this place! Six members of a "framily" stayed there for 11 days while work was being done at our home about 30 minutes away. The group included a 99 YO and an 80 YO who are both mobility impaired, and 4 friends in their 60's and 70's. The house and back yard are wonderfully accessible--the only spot that offered some difficulty was the step from the house to the back porch, but we were able to rig something up so that wasn't a deal-breaker. The house is updated, fresh and well-appointed. The second fridge was greatly appreciated and we wanted for nothing. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The best part was the ability to sit in the house or in the Tiki Hut and watch the manatees playing and the birds fishing in the canal. So relaxing and rejuvenating! A couple of us were able to use the kayaks and also enjoy the nearby beaches for beautiful sunrises. It certainly was peaceful. The owner was very responsive to our needs and quickly responded throughout the process. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again!

Beautiful inside with amazing back yard!

My multi generational family stayed here for a week to kick off our summer. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to this beautifully remodeled home. The kitchen is fantastic with a gas range, microwave, large fridge and small appliances. It’s got pots and pans and stocked with essentials which was nice. The bedrooms were comfortable with king beds but no televisions. My kids enjoyed the kids room with the huge top bunk and small twins and TV below. I did have to wash all the sheets prior to going to bed the first night as they needed it. The absolute best part was the back yard. We were able to grill and eat outside, wake up to manatees playing, and my sons kayaked and fished in the inlet. We also enjoyed watching a rocket launch from the front yard and beach. The back was a little farther than we wanted to walk and we ended up driving there instead. The area is nice and there many things to do and see near by. Nice home for a family getaway and would recommend to others wanting to enjoy the area.

Worth It Just for the View from the Hot Tub

Looks can be deceiving! When we pulled up, the house seemed small and dated. Inside was a different story. Lots of updates and plenty of space for our multi-aged family. The backyard was definitely the highlight. I’m not sure why the listing doesn’t have a photo to show the view from the hot tub but it was magnificent. We really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Lots of thoughtful touches that made our vacation easy. Only a couple of negatives- on the day of check-in I never heard from the property manager with check-in instructions. I had to message to ask for a door code. Also, noticed some cleanliness issues with the bathroom rugs (I washed them immediately) and a couple of the bedroom floors left our feet a bit dirty upon arrival. Seems the management/cleaning company may be taking shortcuts. At this price point, those two items are unforgiveable. Despite this, I would stay again and would recommend to others.
