“Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.”

“I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. Some are better that others. This one looked like they had bought the hotel out from another company and renovated it. just didn’t have the “feel” of a holiday inn express. Stay was still good, breakfast good as usual. Needed your room card to get ice which was a little odd.”

“The stay was OK except for the air-conditioning unit is very loud and we did not get a very good sleep when brought to the attention of the reservation desk in the front they just said oh yeah we get that complaint a lot that fell unacceptable to me. A property can be very clean and well-maintained and everybody nice but if you don’t get a good sleep there what good is it?”

“Friendly staff. Spacious room with lots of storage space. Love the kitchenette with the full size fridge. Walking distance to The Avenue Viera. We will definitely be back again!”

“Cute place. One stain on the couch they should probably try to remove but otherwise nice, clean, and good A/C. Easy walk to the beach even if it is hot out. Loved the binder telling you where to go and all the details. The beach chairs in the shed are a very nice touch. I would have liked more clarity on where to park or if it matters to anyone. The app that takes your driver license was clunky and wouldn't let me take a Pic to upload. Instead you have to take and save a pic then upload that……

“The room was ready early. It was very clean had lots of extras, beach towels, beach chairs room was very clean and nice.”

“Great place to stay if you have a child or like us a grandson playing in tournament at Space Coast Sports Complex. A very quick drive that saved us a lot of time. Hotel was very clean plus a free breakfast with enough to fill you up. The only negative thing was only 1 desk chair so 6 days of sitting on the bed to read, watch tv or be on my IPad. Would definitely stay there again for a tournament.”
