Our room was never cleaned and had dirty sheets. We insisted that they changed the sheets. No restaurant. No parking. We parked at a neighboring property, Gretel.No access to the water. No breakfast although it was supposed to be included"

"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! "

They checked in frequently to make sure I felt safe and comfortable, even handling tricky airline double-charge issues with Spanish-language calls on my behalf. The on-site restaurant staff carved out a quiet workspace for me, and their kindness made all the difference. The property itself is breathtaking. Every corner of the garden is immaculately maintained, blooming with vibrant color and perfectly trimmed hedges. The architecture is truly inspired—sleek, stylish lines and thoughtful design details that give the entire place an air of serene elegance. If you’re seeking a retreat—whether for relaxation, work, or a little bit of both—this is the spot. I can’t recommend it highly enough and would gladly return for another stay or even host a wellness retreat here someday. Absolutely beautiful in every respect!"
