This was a lovely, well equiped cottage/house in a quiet neighborhood. Our hostess, Amanda, was helpful. I would highly recomend this listing. Google maps will direct you to the rear of the property - not the correct address. Ask the hostess for the correct directions.

This is a nice little house with some things that can be easily fixed. Since it is so easy to fix my rating is low because it seems no one cares to make simple fixes. Specific: Outside porch light does not work so the whole yard and parking is dark; Grass in yard is very long - needs to be mowed.2 bathroom doors close but do not latch-receptacle under mirror is hard to find and use. Bedroom off kitchen, door will not close to kitchen; door does not latch to bathroom, no clothes hang up, need dresser with drawers, no closet, no air; not a functional room. Bedroom off living room, no cooling from AC on other side of house, door does not latch. Kitchen, no smoke detector in kitchen- there is only 1 in the entire house; Dishwasher had dirt and soap in it and could not figure out how to turn it on to get it clean. Air conditioner is too small for house so the whole house stays humid and remains hot. Each of these problems can be easily fixed

Comfortable place with great energy in a quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly as described, check-in was very easy, host was attentive in answering any questions. The beds were comfortable. The home was well appointed with towels and Kitchen aids. The backyard was very nice with some sitting areas. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
