"My family and I were an extremely late arrival. I called and spoke to Justin who assured me that when I arrived, I would be able to get my rooms. He sent me a text message with complete instructions with pictures so that I had no issues. Not only that, he was thoughtful enough to put some chocolate bars in each room with extra towels and toilet paper because he knew how long of a drive we had that day. Thank you, Justin! The free water that was available daily was also a definite plus for us and I also used the laundry machines which were well maintained. The availability of filling up ice bags from the ice machine was also a pleasant surprise since we did have a cooler. The spacious rooms and LVT flooring instead of carpet was a nice update, along with the added items in the room, like earplugs, eye masks, a bottle opener and a lens cloth. My only critique is that the walls and doors are not very well insulated and you can hear quite a bit in the mornings; however, I was on the first floor by the desk so it is a busy area. This one thing would not keep me from coming back. The location is great, and most places are within walking distance. If you book a tour, most agencies will pick you up directly at this hotel, so this was another convenience that made our trip less stressful. I will definitely be making this my go to hotel in the future."
