Recently built private BNB. All interiors are brand new and highly upgraded, Queen Bed with upgraded Mattress. Gorgeous tile in the bath. Custom built cabinets. All new furniture and electronics. Additional Sofa bed with comfy fold out mattress in addition to the queen bed. 2 private entrances. Tom is a realtor and works from home so close by if you need anything during your stay. Also I can provide you with all kinds of local intel.
Plenty of great local restaurants for your dining pleasure.

This place I would highly recommend. It is just beautiful, two of my sisters and I were very comfortable here. Tom and Joann are so nice and easy to work with. We especially loved the space out side, where we were able to rest after a day of sightseeing. It is so quiet there, a person could actually rest their mind on that patio. Wonderful large suite that included everything we needed for a 1 week stay. Tom was responsive, contacting us in advance with detailed instructions on accessing the property and what to expect. Very pleasant outside area to sit for an early AM cup of coffee. The unit was spotless and well stocked with towels and soap/shampoos. Very much appreciated the attention to small details as well. Excellent host and beautiful setting!

This studio near Rathdrum, ID was a perfect stop along our roadtrip. Tom was an excellent host making us feel right at home! The studio is beautiful and clean and includes everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The secluded, woodsy setting was perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was close enough to various points of interest yet far enough away to really enjoy nature. We hope to make it back here again!!
