「Our stay was good but I wish the room was more clean. There was alot of dust on night lamps. The AC is old and was blowing so strong that makes windy inside the room and not possible to reduce it or change direction. Housekeeping didnt clean our room after first night. Not sure if they are supposed to make up every day or after the stay but I was expecting to have make up room. Breakfast was good and enough, similar to other hotels. I liked wafers machine, fresh apples. Overall stay was good but...

「We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

「This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in. Even though it was dog friendly, it smelled clean. The staff were so friendly and always cleaning something. There was 24 hour coffee, tea and water. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices. I especially liked the strawberry waffles. 「A very clean place to stay - the beds were comfortable and the breakfast offered was good and filling. The only "negative" was the location. It was very hard to locate and enter the property off the busy street and freeway.」

「If it’s possible to give no STARS I would. Ask for no smoking room it smelled like smoke. My daughter could touch the ceiling in the hall and she’s 12…weird building. Very worn and dirty…and asked for a room that sleeps three people gave me a room with one bed…. Would not give me a rollaway or other accommodation. Overall, a debacle」
