「This house was a dream for our family vacation! It is roomy, comfortable, extremely well stocked, and in the absolute best location in town. Our adult kids loved the game room, and we all enjoyed hanging out in the sunrooms and the backyard. The hosts are the nicest people ever, and went way beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope we can come back again! 」

「Details: Our trip was 4 adults and one dog. What we liked: Other than sleeping we spent all our time outside and loved that there were multiple outdoor spaces to choose from as the sun changed. The view of the lake was why we picked this place and it was worth every penny; it was hard to leave. The dog: We always appreciate a dog-friendly place, and each deck space had its own gate to keep the dog in. They weren't escape-proof, but enough to discourage wandering. He had a great time....

「It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation...

「Beautiful, cozy and clean home near everything. My wife and I with our two dogs were in the middle of a two week van trip and wanted some civilization. This was just perfect. Quiet and secure and extremely well appointed. May we be so lucky to make it back.」

「Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! 「Wow we all loved the property it had everything we could need with lots if space for everyone to do group activities or to find a quiet to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you on all sides the shooting range was well stocked with targets for hours of enjoyment the trout ponds have massive trout you can feed the house its self was huge and very homey and welcoming i couldn't be happier with our stay i recommend staying here 1000% ken and the sprinkler repair crew 」

「Beautiful setting, direct lakefront. Home was very clean and inviting. On site hosts were great. Very clear directions. Let us check in early and even offered to help us blow up water floaties. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends.」

「Idyllic location and amazing home! This place had everything you could want for a family. It was comfortable and conveniently located right downtown. We are originally from the area and loved being able to walk right downtown from the house. Loved it and would recommend it to everyone and anyone traveling to Couer D Alene」
