Safety inspected, too: both homes passed a 200+ point inspection to the Short-Term Rental Safety Standards Board standard, written for vacation rentals.

Book both of these side-by-side homes on E Front Avenue together for the best of both worlds: independence and connection. Each cottage is fully self-contained with its own entrance and no shared walls, making this a great fit for two families, multigenerational groups, or friends who want to stay close without stepping on each other’s toes. You’re 1 block from Sherman Avenue’s restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, under a 15-minute walk to City Beach and the boardwalk, and minutes from Tubbs Hill, McEuen Park, and the Coeur d’Alene Resort.

The king bedroom in Cottage 1 is upstairs, and the stairs are fairly steep.
There are three homes on the property; the common backyard is shared with guests in the third home. The third home on the property belongs to the owner, who is rarely there.
Keyless entry instructions are sent 24 hours before arrival.

The Centennial Trail and nearby parks make it easy to get around on foot for sightseeing days, while driving remains best for grocery trips, beach gear runs, or exploring beyond downtown.
