Don’t feel like cooking? Don’t be fooled by the rural seclusion of this property – the local pizza joint will still deliver pizza to your door. Woolworths and Coles can bring your groceries too.
A north facing outdoor dining area allows you to take full advantage of the fresh country air while soaking up the uninterrupted mountain view. Complete with a full-size BBQ to throw together a quick bite.
4 bedrooms, 2 with their own ensuites an all with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding. There is also a Koala Sofa bed in the front living room for those extra add on guests. A travel cot can be set up upon request.
Bringing the kids? You will find toys and books to keep them entertained in bedroom four. And when they get sick of running around the vast open outdoor space, there is a swing set to help them burn off that extra energy.
A full-size laundry with top of the line Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer will make longer stays all that more convenient.
A TV on wheels with an Apple TV and access to the major streaming platforms is located in the back living room but can easily be relocated to wherever you feel like lounging that day. Keen for a screen free stay? There is a bookshelf filled with reads to cater to every taste along with a variety of boardgames too.
A shared saltwater pool is available for use, subject to house rules.
If you’re into mountain biking, the pine creek forest trails (cows with guns) can be accessed via a path directly opposite the entry to our property. Or if golf is more your thing, the world renowned Bonville Golf Course is just 5 minutes away. You could surf at Sawtell beach, 12 minutes away or hike through the world heritage listed Dorrigo National Park, 50 minutes away.
Or simply take a roam around the property, visit the twenty chickens, say hello to the cows, or take a dip in the pristine waters of Bonville Creek.
