A beautiful and tranquil stay

Such a lovely place to stay! The location is right by the river, and it's such a tranquil place there, but it's also close enough to the bars if you want to stay out a bit later and enjoy the chill nightlife. The service here was great, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Definitely a great place to stay while enjoying the town of Cognac!

Outstanding

This is a great hotel with a wonderful multi-lingual staff who were invariably cheerful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location for walking everywhere in Cognac including several cognac producers. Highly recommend the tour of Hennessy.

Great stop for cyclists

arrived by bycycle the staff couldn't have been better - nice secure parking and lovely room with balcony- close to plenty of nice bars and restaurants but also had a very nice drink served at the hotel

Staff were welcoming, lovely hotel grounds and nice ambience. Free parking behind secure gates was a bonus and plenty of bays. Breakfast choices was a let down for the cost. Room opened onto small wooden terrace to garden area so nice to have choice to sit outside with some privacy. Room itself okay in size but quiet dated colour scheme and decor. Would of liked extra pillows and top bedsheet as the aircon worked but stopped with an error code so was bit warm with quilt. Liked that it did have a small fridge and coffee machine in the room.

Perfect hotel, in every way.

Just an amazing little hotel. Perfect location, lodges were excellent, great condition, well equiped and clean, staff really friendly and attentive. Genuinely can't wait to visit again, really good for Cognac too, a 5 min walk if that. Would like to try the other cabins next time.

Perfect location

Really surprisingly great hotel with such a cool vibe and location, friendly service, easy parking and check-in. Our room unfortunately smelled somewhat stuffy (old smoke) which we felt the next morning. Apart from this, the hotel was a great find.

Ce n'est pas exceptionnel comme j'ai pu le lire sur le site, la chambre double que j'ai eu n'avait rien à voir avec les photos sur le site ! Une chambre vieillissante, murs abimés, les portes (placard et séparation wc) ne ferment pas et la chasse d'eau de la cuvette des toilettes fuyait à notre arrivée. J'ai été déçue, je m'attendais à avoir une chambre plus luxueuse pour 110 € !

Gøyt konsept, men rommet vi hadde var et veldig gammel rom, som bar preg av den var pusset opp. Golvet knirket og ristet når du gikk. Synes synd for de som bodde under oss, for det bråkte mye npr du selv bare gikk. Bassemget veldig lite i forhold til hvordan det så ut på bildet. Frokosten var faktisk veldig bra. Var valuta for pengene. Ellers var belighheten kjempe fint, og veldig flott område rundt om hotellet.
