Déplorable

Le personnelle n’était pas agréable sauf le soir à la fin du service . Chambre prise pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 2 ans et demie avec seulement un lit de 140 donc impossible pour nous tous de dormir dans le lit La chambre était sale , de la poussière partout , les joint de la salle de bain moisi ainsi que le bas du radiateur . Des fissures sur tout les murs et dégâts des eaux visible au plafond . Bas de porte de chambre complètement defoncer et râle pour deux chihuahuas très bien éduquer dans la chambre ( la personne une fois sur place s’informe de la race des chiens pour savoir si oui ou non nous sommes accepter alors que réservation déjà faite avec animaux signalé ) Durant notre venue une famille avais réservé une chambre quadruple pour 4 personnes et c’est retrouver avec une chambre où il y avais 3 couchages seulement

Parfait.

Parfaitement propre et très confortable. Calme. Belle vue sur la campagne. Bien que nous soyons arrivés tard (bouchons dire la route) et bien après la fermeture de la réception, nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis. Les possédons était fermé, mais il y avait de la place dans la rue, sans problème. Petit déjeuner de rêve dans le jardin. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Jonzac first visit

This was a nice hotel with perfectly clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was a little basic for the price and was not included. Staff are pleasant and very helpful.

Nice hotel in a central location

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée dans cet hôtel. Chambre propre,calme et confortable. Petit déjeuner buffet correct. L’emplacement au centre de Jonzac, près du château est un plus. La cuisine du restaurant est bonne et familiale. On se sent bien à l’Hotel de l’Ecu . N’hésIrez pas à y séjourner.

A great hotel, the food is very good with a wide choice, from Plats du Jour thro' to Table D'Hote. The shower is a little cramped, however it is clean and works well
