「arrived by bycycle the staff couldn't have been better - nice secure parking and lovely room with balcony- close to plenty of nice bars and restaurants but also had a very nice drink served at the hotel 」

「This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. 」

「Stunning brand new boutique hotel, very attentive service - staff can't do enough for you. Rooms are exquisite with really high end furnishings and decor. The large chandelier in the bar is a piece de resistance! You can also try sensibly priced cognacs from the extensive bar list. The cocktails are great too! Cognac is a lovely town to visit but would recommend eating in one if the hotels restaurants. 」

「Juste une nuit mais une nuit dans un lieu unique par son environnement et son histoire. La rénovation et le réemploi de l'abbaye aux dames sont bien réalisés. 2 bémols : le long couloir voûté très élégant est bruyant (surtout les valises à roulettes) et les sdb à l'extérieur des chambres (même si c'est lié justement à l'histoire et la topographie du bâtiment) sont une petite gène surtout pour un séjour de quelques nuits. 」

「View is nice, bed is comfortable, although there were bugs season according to the manager, lots of bugs tried to get inside , but the room is very clean, the lady hotel manager was very friendly and politely welcome us every time we backed to the hotel ,neighborhood is so quiet and can do running/walking along a river. Enjoyed.」
