Apartment for 6 people, air-conditioned, with a view of the port at the Marines de Cogolin

  • 100 meters from the beach. Very pleasant residence located in Marines de Cogolin, just a few steps from shops and the beach. Ideally situated for enjoying a stay by the sea in the Gulf of St Tropez.

    Residence La Galiote: Apartment/house rental 3-bedroom apartment for 4/6 people, approximately 85 sqm, 100 meters from the beach and 4 km from Saint Tropez. A traversing apartment on the second floor of Residence La Galiote facing the marina. Very nice amenities for this apartment/house consisting of a large living-dining room on the 1st floor with a perfectly equipped open-plan kitchen. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, a master suite with two single beds, a bathroom with toilet, and a private terrace. Very beautiful east-facing terrace overlooking St Tropez, the marina, and the sea. Apartment amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, flat-screen TV in the living room and in the master suite, air conditioning, wifi.

    Free access parking space in a secure outdoor parking lot.

    To be paid on-site: security deposit (3000 euros), tourist tax.

    Possibility to rent bed linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for single beds per change, 8 euros for the towel kit.

    Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid upon arrival: 155 euros.
