「Beautiful clean, spaceous room with towels, robes & slippers. The spa was lovely too. We did not use the restaurant & were disappointed that the bar closed so early (21.45). We did not have breakfast as we yhyit was much too expensive at €20pppn.」

「Fast and friendly check in, superb dining area and good choice of menus, selection of local wine is very good. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Breakfast was not included but with 12.- per person, absolutely worth the money. Will stay again. Ah, parking was free as well. I cant really find anything to be less than 5 stars. 」

「職員態度友善有禮，房間寬敞整潔除睡房外，還有客廳，廚房，雪櫃和焗爐。房間面湖景，漂亮。美中不足是沒有洗衣設備，酒店介紹資料顯示有洗衣設備但實際是要交職員代為處理，收費昂貴，一件短褲或T袖收費各CHF8,兩件合共，CHF16。另外是早餐食物款式少，很基本食物，主要提供麵包，果汁及熱飲及一些乳酪及配料等。」

「Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cet établissement propre et confortable. Les environs sont très beau et la vue sur le Lac Léman à proximité est superbe. Les propriétaires sont forts sympathiques et aux petits soins.」

「Notre chambre était spacieuse. Literie de qualité, lit confortable. Très propre. Le personnel nous a bien guidé et conseillé pour les activités. Le déjeuner comprend plusieurs choix (pain, viennoiseries, céréales, granolas, œuf, yogourt), choix de confiture, jus maison. La salle de restaurant est au niveau terrasse dont la vue donne sur le lac.」

「I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. The carpet in my room and garishly tiled but classically designed bathroom are both approximately 40+ years old but I found really comforting as it reminded me of staying at my grandparents! ...

「Le personnel à l'accueil très sympathique et il y a un emplacement pour mettre en sécurité le vélo. Emplacement de l'hôtel en vieille ville très bien. Le tram passe sous la fenêtre mais ne circule pas la nuit donc ça va.」

「位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。」
