「We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.」

「We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well」

「The room was clean . The staff was helpful n couteous . Breakfast spread was great . Overall a good stay .」

「Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor」

「kinda and attentive staff. stayed at the beachfront suite. note that photos appear much nicer than what is available - rooms and bathrooms aren’t as luxurious as one expects for the price charged.」

「It was ok, property is a bit dated - not well maintained.」

「Room and staff were great. Really enjoyed our stay.」

「I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay」

「Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

「Everything room very spacious & clean, staff second to none very friendly and helpful and food excellent will certainly return next year」
