「Great place for our quick stopover during our road trip. Seems like a great location」

「Clean room, couch & chair looks nothing like picture (well worn). Deodorizers faded to reveal former smoking damage one day in. Being in a basement studio warrants hearing noises and footsteps from above at odd hours. Bed is clean and comfortable and I managed to sleep well regardless. If you like city hiking the location is decent. Otherwise, this is a good last-minute booking, though I would look elsewhere for peace, quiet and smoke-free lodging.」

「This is a great place to stay in Spokane. The location is fantastic and the apartment is clean and very comfortable.」

「This lovely apartment exceeded all expectations and actually looked better in person, than in photos, which is rare these days! Extremely clean and well organized space, parking was plentiful, SO QUIET, and the location was ideal since it was off of the main roads so there was no noise, but very close for convenience of travel. Will definitely stay here again! Jerry and Natasha could not have been better to work with and were even able to accommodate my request of a slightly earlier check-in,...

「This apartment was perfect for my stay. It was well furnished with everything a traveler needs, including an iron and ironing board, laundry soap, plenty of towels, toiletries, and decaf coffee (which is hard to find in a hotel room). Bed was comfy and apt was clean. The only things it was missing was a wine bottle opener and a way to connect the TVs to streaming. I will absolutely be back the next time I am in Spokane and highly recommend these apartments.」

「Pros: Very nice unit and building, generally comfortable, check in was easy, gated parking and brita filter provided was nice. Pans and stove for cooking worked well.Cons: Unit was entered multiple times with no heads up or clarity with things left that I had to clean up. Strange smell in one of the bedrooms, seemingly to come on and off, possibly related to plumbing. Strange BO-like smell in the couch. Second bedroom had no issues. Only scratched up plastic plates and bowls available which are...

「Beautiful little apartment with nice touches and easy, clear communication from the host.」

「The apartment was a perfect home base for a busy weekend! It was such a cute space—spotlessly clean, and having a full kitchen with a fridge was great! The small desk in the bedroom was perfect for getting a few things done on my laptop. It’s an older home, so there may not be as many outlets as you expect. Next time we’ll bring an extension cord! We weren’t able to get the fold out bed to work, but our son was comfortable sleeping on the large, soft couch. The king size bed in the bedroom was...
