“My family and I really enjoyed this property. It was perfectly located for what our needs were. Very close to a grocery store and other businesses. Plenty of rooms. Definitely recommend renting out the basement (parents can get a break from the chaos). It was a nice, but small kitchen. We didn't do a lot of cooking. However when we did, it left a little to be desired when compared to other places we have stayed. Cooking equipment was minimal and the only spices/seasonings available were salt……

“Our stay at the Billeken Inn was fabulous. What a cute and charming place. Rochelle was wonderful about communicating instructions and answering questions. The parking was easy and access to the unit simple. She has the place beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, shower had great pressure, and she really thought if everything you might need for your stay. I can’t think of anything that was missing. Everything was beautifully done. I highly recommend this VRBO and hope we can stay……

“This apartment was easy to find and immaculately clean. Furnishings were quite dated, but adequate. Decor was strangely eclectic with cityscape posters (NYC, London, Paris, etc) and one monster movie poster combined with African elephant figurines and an American Southwest dish garden! The kitchen left a lot to be desired, but would be sufficient in a pinch. Only a 2 burner hot plate was provided for cooking, a mishmash of small dinner plates and limited glassware. “Great house with views of the Spokane river and surrounding area. Convenient location to restaurants, shops, Arbor Crest Winery but still in a very quiet area. Kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are roomy with comfy king beds in all rooms but one, and nice recently remodeled bathrooms. Television in upstairs living room is massive so if you have to group who wants to gather for a special event it is perfect!Outside area needs attention so not a great area for kids to play outside but the……
