“This cottage was perfect! Everything our family wanted in a lake vacation. The kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture and beds were comfy. Cute decor too. We loved the location. The lake views are incredible from outside and the screened in porch. The kayaks were a blast. Very kind and friendly neighbors too. Hope to visit again one day :)”

“This is a beautiful home that is exactly as pictured. It is nicely decorated, seems to be newly renovated and is very clean. The pictures are exactly as the home is. The kitchen has everything you need. The big picture windows and top deck give you beautiful views of sparkling Pelots Bay and the beautiful birds that circle it. It is in a quiet part of North Hero and on a quiet part of the bay so you could easily go out in kayaks with little worries about big boats. Fishing was okay and my……

“I can only echo what others have already said. The cottage was charming, clean, and appointed with many. lovely touches. The home is not large, but the useful space has been deliberately and cleverly maximized. And, while it was partially a working vacation, my "office" in the dining area, with windows overlooking the lake on three sides, often made it hard to focus on my computer screen. (I didn't really mind.) The deck is vacation destination in and of itself, with views that can't be beat.……

“The listing is accurate. The four of us had a great time fishing and swimming. We caught dozens of fish right off the dock and almost a large bowfin. St. Albans was a great place to eat and get groceries. We took a day to see Burlington. The cabin is large and all the amenities worked. We'd come back if it weren't so far away. ”

“My family of twelve (ages ranging from 10-78) spent a wonderful week at this house. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked making packing lighter while the attention to cleanliness and decor made it cozy. There was plenty of seating areas indoors and out. The variety of water vessels and outdoor games available was great and the trampoline was the biggest hit with the kids. Check in was easy and the location was convenient for a lovely ferry ride to Vermont or a day of adventure at Ausable……
