Enjoy being away from it all while still being minutes from the charm of the village of Cold Spring. This 2700 s.f. home was fully renovated in 2024 and boasts 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on a wooded and quiet country road. This home comes with an on-site host who lives in the attached in-law apartment.

Invite the whole family and enjoy dining together in the large kitchen and dining table, roasting marshmallows in the backyard, and relaxing in the woods. Plenty of parking for large groups.

Family and friends

The house was big enough for 2 families. It was very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and Cold Springs was the perfect spot for everything we wanted to do while in NY. The caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of space, lots of memories made!

We needed a place to house our extended family of 9 for a few days near Newburgh and Fishkill. This place was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone, and everything about the house and property was top notch. We also visited Cold Spring and Beacon, both of which are cute little towns with lots of character. The backyard firepit came in handy too when we entertained some local friends. Ida and Matt were great hosts and were responsive to our every question and need. If/when we are back in the area, I won't hesitate to book this place again.
